Amey, have once again selected to use IBI Group’s RouteMapper video data collection system for the third time in as many years!
The aim of the commission is to populate Amey’s corporate GIS “InFor” with a maintainable spatial inventory of Hereford Council Council’s highway assets obtained from the RouteMapper video. Total Length collected was 3,210 of driven lane km comprising of single lane one/two carriageway sections. The survey was completed within 15 working days by our highly effective data collection team. Record time!
Amey are currently utilising our flagship software; RouteMapper Version 4.0 desktop browser to view, digitise and export highway related assets in a highly effective and efficient manner with minimal effort, enabling the Council’s Transport Asset Management Plan (TAMP) objectives to be achieved, which are to help guide the progress and prioritisation of works on the network.
